– Must be a graduate of bachelor’s degree – Must have excellent communication skills and be willing to work in any shift – Participates in calibration (internal and external) exercises on a regular basis to ensure consistency – Knowledgeable in tracking and documenting client’s information with the required reports – Can perform other assigned/related duties within center as directed – Must be willing to work in any shift, holidays, overtimes, and weekends
Work directly with the International Customer Care team to collect data and conduct analysis that directly impacts our customer service and outbound service performance • Own and create reports and dashboards • Use Tableau with ServiceNow Reporting tools such as: ServiceNow Native Reporting; Performance Analytics; Digital Portfolio Management (a ServiceNow module) • On a daily basis, extract, manipulate, and analyze data to enable decision making on the key questions facing the Customer Care team • Analyze data sets and have the opportunity to help our local markets improve our services
• You have professional experience with data-intensive projects using SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau • You graduated from a top-tier university with an excellent academic record in business or MINT/STEM and/or previous experiences in business intelligence, data engineering, management consulting, or other relevant areas. • You have 3 years’ of experience in related practical and relevant work. • You have experience with ServiceNow and Reporting tools such as: ServiceNow Native Reporting; Performance Analytics; Digital Portfolio Management (a SNOW module)
