– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation. – Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management. – Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. – Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes. – Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our financial procedures.
– CA/CMA with 3-5 years of experience or an MBA in Finance. – Alternatively, semi-qualified finance professionals (e.g., CA, CMA) with at least 8 years of experience. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. – Prior experience with SAP is highly desirable. – Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
